Cipriano Ramos, 80, passed March 1, 2012 at home with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Maria (Santos) Ramos. They have been married for 57 years.
Born in Sao Vicente, Cape Verde Island, a son of the late Estevao Manuel and Senhorinha Ramos.
He had been employed by Providence Metalizing for ten years.
Besides his wife he is survived by eleven sons and daughters, Estevao, Olimpia, Arminda, Joao, Maria de Lourdes, Neusa, Isabel, Jose Luis, Nilza, Ilidio and Eneida Ramos, a brother, Tinotio Ramos, a sister, Marta Ramos, 35 Grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
His funeral will be held Monday at 9:30am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Edward Church, Weeden St, Pawtucket at 11am. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 4 to 7pm.
