84, passed May 16, 2012. She was the wife of the late Henry Laporte.
Born in Central Falls, she was the daughter of the late Alcide and Rose A. (Lacroise) Laliberte. Theresa was a lifelong resident of Central Falls and had been employed for over 30 years by Blackstone Catering.
She is survived by a son, Donald G. Laporte and his wife Mary of Somerset, MA, a daughter, Suzanne G. Long and her husband Mark of Lincoln, three sisters, Georgette Depot of New Hampshire, Yvette Bellavance of North Attleboro and Helen Papineau of Woonsocket, two grandchildren, Christopher Laporte of Somerset and Matthew Laporte of Ocoee, FL.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 8am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Spirit Parish, (St. Matthew Church) Dexter St, Central Falls at 9:30am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Pawtucket.
