(Hemond) passed away peacefully on May 27th 2012 at the Phlip Hulitar Hospice Center.
She is survived by her loving mother Virgina Theoharis Hemond and the late great, Joseph F Hemond. She was the sister of the late Joseph Bertholdi and Ellen Miles of Woodland California. She also leaves behind her 2 children Scott Michael Sherlock and Ginny Jo Lester and was the beloved grandmother of Brett Michael Sherlock.
She was a devoted daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.
Her passions in life were gardneing and cooking and was very proud of her Greek heritage. She had a deep religious beleif in God.
A Memorial service will be held Sunday June 3rd at Keefe Funeral Home on Higgenson Ave in Lincoln RI.
Visting hours begin at noon followed by a service at 1:30pm.
A gathering for family and freinds will follow at the American Legion Post 14 at 695 Broad St Cumberland RI from 2:30-5pm.
