He was the son of the late Donald W. and Alice (Robichaud) Turmel.
Dean was a lifelong Pawtucket resident and had been employed in the construction and asphalt industry for many years.
He is survived by 6 sisters, Donna Johnson of Florida, Diane Metivier of North Providence, Deborah Martins of Attleboro, Doreen DeLuca of North Providence, Deanna Perron of Johnston and Dodi Marehand of PA, a brother, Donald W. Turmel Jr, of Providence. He also leaves 24 nieces and nephews and a lifetime of wonderful memories.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 1 to 3pm followed by a service at 3pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private
