90, passed March 24th at home with his loving family by his side. He was the husband of Ines Medeiros. They have been married for 62 years.
Born in Sao Miguel, Azores, a son of the late Gaudinho and Maria De Medeiros.
Besides his wife he is survived by his loving children, Ida Neves of Pawtucket, Clara Neves of California, Lucy Neves of Lincoln, Joseph Medeiros of California and Michael Medeiros, of Tiverton, his last surviving sibling of 12, Urania Moniz seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
His funeral will be held Wednesday at 8am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Francis Xavier Church, North Carpenter St, East Providence at 10am. Relatives and friends are invited. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 3:30pm to 6:30pm.
