Elaine was a loving and caring mother and grandmother, and was known for her beautiful voice and generous ways.
She is survived by a daughter, Lisa Nassour, a son, Joseph Baskins, four brothers, Nicolas, Joseph, Brian and Kenneth Hindy, a sister, Brenda Person, five grandsons, Justin Tabares, Jonathan Ferriera, Jared Ferriera, Marvin Baskins and Jerrel Baskins. She was the wife of Howard J. Baskins
A Liturgy of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10am in the Church of St. Basil the Great, 15 Skyview Drive, Lincoln. Relatives and friends are invited. Visitation will be held Monday at the Church of St. Basil the Great from 5 to 8pm.
