78, passed peacefully on July 24th surrounded by her loving family.
She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Jeannette (Charpentier) Desaulniers.
Gloria was proud activities director for several area nursing facilities. She was an active longtime parishioner and a former member and past president of the Holy Trinity Women's Club. She also volunteered at the Central Falls Community Center and was a longtime resident of the city.
She is survived by two daughters, Sandra Monastesse of Smithfield and Lynn Dolman of Woonsocket, two sons, Steven Gregory of Pawtucket and James Gregory of Warwick, two brothers, Theodore Desaulniers of Florida and Robert Desaulniers of Myrtle Beach, 13 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Susan and Michael Gregory.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, July 28th, 2013 from 2 to 4pm followed by a service at 4pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to Home & Hospice Care of RI, 1085 North Main St, Providence, RI 02903.
