Born in England, she was a daughter of Reginald and Marjorie Smith.
Margaret had been employed as a health aide for Lifetime Medical and the VNA Nursing of Pawtucket for many years.
Besides her husband she is survived by her sisters Greta and Lillian, and her brother, Keith and several nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday at noon in the Keefe funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Wednesday morning from 10:30am until noon. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Cumberland-Lincoln, PO Box 7505, Cumberland, RI 02864.
