75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 7th at Philip Hulitar Home & Hospice Care Center in Providence, after losing her battle with cancer.
She was born in Medellin, Colombia, daughter of Marco Tulio Borja and Maria Teresa Valle. Libia lived most of her life in Pawtucket. A mother of three sons:
José, Steven, and John. She leaves behind three brothers: Cesar, Alonso, Elkin, five sisters: Gilma, Eleida, Silvia, Lucely, and Doralba, and one granddaughter Daniellah. She was a woman full of life and love. Her life was a symbol of hope and faith.
Libia loved her family, friends, God, and life overall. She was a faithful participant of her beloved church, the First Church of God in Providence. Her funeral will be held Saturday, August 10th at 9am from the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Providence. Relatives and friends are invited. Calling hours will be held Friday August 9th from 6 to 9pm.

Nació en Medellín, Colombia, hija de Marco Tulio Borja y María Teresa Valle. Libia vivió la mayor parte de su vida en Pawtucket. Madre de tres hijos:José, Steven y John. Deja tres hermanos: César, Alonso, Elkin, así como cinco hermanas: Gilma, Eleida, Silvia, Lucely y Doralba y una nieta Daniellah. Ella era una mujer llena de amor y vida. Su vida era un símbolo de esperanza y fe. Libia amaba a Dios, su familia, amigos y la vida en general. Ella era una fiel participante de su amada iglesia, la Primera Iglesia de Dios en Providence. Su velación tendrá lugar el Viernes, 9 de Agosto a las 6 pm en Keefe Funeral Home, situado en el 5 Higginson Avenida Lincoln RI 02865, teléfono 401-725-4253. El entierro será el Sábado 10 de Agosto a la 9:00am de La Keefe Funeral Home.
