"Carol" 80, passed suddenly on September 20, 2013. She was the wife of Joseph Rabbitt. They have been married for 56 years.
She was a member of the Wilfred Manor Association and previously resided 42 years on Shawmut Ave.
Born in Pawtucket, she was a daughter of the late Walter and Catherine (Redmond) Moon.
Besides her husband, Carol is survived by two sons, Joseph J. Rabbitt Jr. and his wife Darlene of Cumberland and Michael Rabbitt and his wife Joyce, of Cumberland, a sister, Rita Zinno of North Smithfield, seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was the sister of the late Bertha Arouth, Doris Pearson, Margaret Boutin, Lawrence Moon and John Moon.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 5 to 7pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln with a service at 7pm. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers memorial gifts may be made to the American Heart Association.
