83 of 221 Montibello Dr. Mooresville, passed away at Novant Hospital, Huntersville, October 13, 2013, after an extended illness. He was born June 22, 1930, in Fall River, MA, to the late Karl Gempp and Gladys Tanner Gempp. He was a retired self- employed paint contractor and was an Elder in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovaha's Witnesses Mooresville North Congregation.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Annabelle Gempp, one daughter Carol A. Del Santo (husband Joseph) all of the home, one brother Arnold Gempp and one sister Norma Sousa (husband William) of Bristol, RI., two Grandchildren, Jonathan Del Santo (wife Jillian) and Laura Del Santo.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday,November 2, 2013. At the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln,RI.
