"Jay" 36, passed unexpectedly on December 1st. He was the husband of Jessica (Cote) Mendez. Born in Pawtucket, he was the son of John and Carmen Andino of Central Falls.
He had been employed by CAPCO for several years.
Besides his wife and parents he is survived by five children, Jordan, Jaylen, Shayna, Isaac and Mia Mendez, three brothers, Gabriel Mendez, John Andino and Jorge Esquilyn, his maternal grandmother, Guillermina Dominquez, a niece, nephews, aunts, uncles and dear friends.
Calling hours will be held Thursday from 6 to 8pm followed by a service at 8pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be in Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, Pawtucket.
