56, passed on March 17th unexpectedly at home. She was the companion of Jeffery Gomes. Born in Central Falls, a daughter of the late Robert and Patricia Cartwright. Kathleen was employed by Children's Crusade of RI as a parent liaison. Previously, she worked as a hairdresser at various salons and also at Ann & Hope in Cumberland for nearly a decade. She was an avid card player and enjoyed doing arts and crafts. Kathleen is survived by two daughters, Twyla and Sasha Cartwright of Central Falls, a son, Christopher Cartwright of Pawtucket, two sisters, Barbara Morin of Cumberland and Carol Cartwright of Vero Beach, FL, a brother, David Cartwright of Cumberland and 10 grandchildren which she truly adored and enjoyed spending time with. She was the sister of the late Sharon Cartwright. Calling hours will be held Saturday from 4 to 6 pm and a memorial service at 6pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln, RI.
