45, passed unexpectedly on March 19th. He was the husband of Jennifer (Blais) Turcotte. They have been married for 18 years.
He was the son of Jean Turcotte and the late Reinette (Parent) Turcotte.
He was a longtime member of Local 94 Carpenters Union. Gille was a rhythm guitarist of the rock band "Knot Sure", a former basketball and baseball coach for the Johnston Recreational Department and devoted father, husband and brother.
He is also survived by two sons, Kristofer and Alexander Turcotte, two brothers, John Turcotte and his wife Tina and Patrick Turcotte and his wife Melanie. He was the proud uncle of Nicole, Stephan, Alicia and Nathan Turcotte, Timothy, Collin and Jack Vermilyea.
Calling hours will be held Sunday from 6 to 9pm in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave, Lincoln. Burial will be private.
